Founded in 1975, the Lewiston Area Historical Society (LAHS) works to preserve, educate and inspire, we maintain the Lewiston Area Museum and CCC Camp Lunden, as well as providing educational programs about the people, events, and institutions of the entire Lewiston area community.

Creating a Village

We working to create a series of buildings to be constructed at the Historical Society. Plans include an outhouse, a replica of the early bank, another barn to hold the horse drawn farm equipment, a school house and a saloon! Volunteers and donations are welcome!
